Согласно материалам дела, ЧОП оказывало услуги СГТУ имени Гагарина и получало за это деньги. Нарушение заключалось в том, что у предприятия не было разрешения на коммерческую деятельность.
Действия директора попали под п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 171 УК РФ (незаконное предпринимательство, сопряженное с извлечением дохода в особо крупном размере). Суд выписал ему штраф в 250 тысяч рублей.
